Shipping policy
As a small one-woman business, I’m truly grateful for every single order and the support you show my work. I take great care in preparing each parcel and aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on your selection at checkout, and are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and another with your tracking link once it’s on its way.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Applicable shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free via Royal Mail Tracked 48 when you spend £50 or more.
Delivery estimates below are Royal Mail’s transit times and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping during a Lavender & Lemon holiday period
Lavender & Lemon will occasionally take a short holiday to recharge and rejuvenate. During these periods, a notice with dates will be provided here and at checkout. Orders can still be placed via the website and will be shipped, for free, as soon as we return.
There is no holiday period scheduled at present.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped you’ll receive an email notification containing your Royal Mail tracking number, which you can use to check its status. All of our services are tracked. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
There is, regrettably, nothing we can do to chase orders with Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed from the date of dispatch. If your order still hasn’t shown after this time, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will get a replacement order sent to you as quickly as we can.
