Return & Refill Scheme
Our scheme encourages customers to return their used bottles to us. In return, we refill them with the same product at a discounted price, promoting sustainability and cost savings.
Visit the Refills page to purchase a refill and you will receive a FreePost label so you can return your bottle to us. If you have empty bottles that you would like to return so they can be reused, get in touch to request a FreePost return label. We only accept undamaged bottles that we can put back into production.
Only bottles purchased from Lavender & Lemon are eligible for refill to ensure quality and compatibility with our refilling process.
Yes, you'll receive a 15% discount on your purchase each time you refill a bottle through our scheme.
We request that customers clean bottles with warm soapy water and allow to dry before returning to us. All returned bottles undergo a rigorous sanitization process using eco-friendly methods to ensure they meet our high standards of hygiene.
You can refill any Lavender & Lemon product.
For every bottle you refill, 10 loyalty points will be added to your Lavender Loyalty account. These points can be redeemed against future purchases. You can track and redeem your points through the website.
Currently, there is no limit. You can return and refill as many bottles as you like.

For quality control and safety reasons, we only refill our own branded bottles. We ensure these bottles meet specific standards suitable for our products.
Bottles that can no longer be refilled are responsibly recycled or repurposed, minimizing any environmental impact. If you have a bottle that can no longer be used, you can place it in your curbside recycling.
