Cleaning Powder is remarkably versatile and is safe for a broad array of surfaces, such as countertops, tiles, grout and various appliances. It has a mildly alkaline ph of around 9.5. It's abrasive nature may pose a risk of scratching more delicate surfaces so we recommend doing a patch test in an inconspicuous area before using.

Due to the washing soda included in Cleaning Powder, it can leave a white residue if not rinsed well. If you see a residue left behind simply rinse it away.

All Lavender & Lemon products are formulated with organic ingredients that are generally gentler than harsh chemicals, but please check the ingredients list if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Cleaning Powder is designed to be a deep cleaner with a PH around 9.5 which means that it may irritate sensitive skin with prolonged contact. If you have sensitive skin or allergies you may want to wear gloves to avoid direct contact with the powder.

Additionally, virtually all essential oils and some natural preservatives include naturally occurring allergens that, according to EU legislation, must be listed on cosmetic and detergent packaging. All Lavender & Lemon products use <1% essential oils and preservatives and strictly adhere to IFRA and preservative regulations, so they should be safe on all skin types, but please be mindful that these naturally occurring allergens may cause irritation, particularly if you have sensitive skin. Legally, and for your safety, all cleaning products should be labelled appropriately and include accurate warning information.
