Your points are attached to the email address you use to place an order. Simply create an account using the same email address.

There are numerous ways to earn points. Scroll up to see the complete list or click the Rewards button in the lower right hand corner and click How to earn points.

You must login to view your points balance and VIP tier. Once logged in, you will see your points balance displayed in the header at the top of the page.

Click the Rewards button at the bottom of any page then click How to redeem points. Click Redeem next to the reward you would like to claim. If you have enough points, a discount code will be created that you can apply to your cart immediately. If you prefer to use the discount code at a later date, the code will be saved to your Reward List. You'll also receive an email with your discount code. You can opt-out of reward notifications if you prefer.

Points are automatically added to your account. Sometimes there is an unexpected delay which usually resolves itself in a few hours.

It's super simple! In the Rewards widget click Refer Your Friends then copy the invite code and share it with your friends. If they use your code when they place an order, you'll both receive a 15% discount. You'll be notified by email that they placed an order and the discount code will appear in your Rewards list.
